Weekly Rates

Summer weekly rentals are $625.00 per week.
Fall weekly rentals available for $450.00 per week.

Weekend, Friday Saturday and Sunday, rentals are available in the spring and fall as well, for $300. Summer rentals are by the week only and that rate applies from Memorial Day - October 01. Dogs are welcome. We require a refundable security deposit of $200.

Rental Terms

A $400 deposit is due 7 days after making reservations, with balance and a cleaning / security deposit of $200 due 14 days prior to arrival. Checkout is 11:00 am.

• Laundry: Washer & Dryer / Linens Provided (Please bring your own BEACH towels)
• Beds: 2 standard full size beds and two twin beds
• Entertainment: TV / DVD / VCR / CD Player
• Full Kitchen: Cooking Utensils / Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Microwave / Icemaker
• Outdoor Features: Gas BBQ Grill / Deck/Patio / Private Wooded Lot
• Communications: Telephone (local only) & Wireless High Speed Broadband Internet

Other Amenities

Coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, cooking and grill utensils provided as well as all dishware and pots and pans (pretty much everything that would be in your kitchen at home). Full bathroom with bath tub and shower unit, vanity and toilet. Linens and towels are provided if desired (some people like to bring their own, just let us know). All bedding and blankets, washer and dryer, outdoor patio, board games and cards. The grocery stores have DVD rentals too.
